Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. pumpkin
3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
nuts or raisins
Preparation

Mix eggs, oil, pumpkin and sugar.
Sift flour, soda, nutmeg and salt.
Mix egg mixture with flour mixture.
Mix well.
Fill 4 well buttered coffee cans 1/2 full (1 pound cans).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 minutes.
Cool in cans.
