Scrapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. ground pork
2 c. ground beef
3 c. meat broth or 3 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 3 c. hot water
1 c. yellow corn meal
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Combine meats and broth; heat to boiling.
Add seasonings. Stir in corn meal slowly, stirring constantly.
Cook 30 minutes; add cayenne.
Pour into pan.
Chill until firm.
Cut in thin slices and fry.
