Green Chili And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small cans long green chili (whole)
    4 eggs
    chopped onion
    1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs with spices and oil slightly.
    In casserole, make layers beginning with chilies, egg mixture, onion and cheese. Bake in 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until eggs are set.
