Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. uncooked oats
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend 5 to 6 seconds or until mixed.
Drop by tablespoons into hot, greased frying pan.
Turn when bubbles appear on surface and cook one minute more.
