John'S Red Pepper Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 peck red bell peppers
    1/2 peck red (hot-mild) peppers
    1 c. vinegar to start blender
    1/2 c. sugar each qt.
    1/2 tsp. salt each qt.
Preparation
    Blend peppers only (with vinegar).
    Keep using juice as blending.
    Place in saucepan and cook until thick.\tAdd sugar, salt and can in quarts.
