Linguine With Clam Sauce(Low-Cal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, drain and reserve liquid
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. black pepper
8 oz. linguine
Preparation

Heat oil in a medium saucepan. Add garlic and saute for 3 minutes.
Add wine, clam liquid, oregano and pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Add clams and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
