Spicy Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole skinless chicken breasts
1/2 lb. white grapes
1/4 lb. shaved almonds
2 large stalks celery
1 small apple
1 small onion
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Poach chicken breasts.
Cool in poaching liquid.
Remove meat from bones and cut into 1/4-inch dice.
Add celery, grapes, onion, apple, almonds, salt and pepper to chicken and toss.
