Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 drops black walnut flavoring
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped black walnuts
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil together.
Mix cinnamon with flour in small bowl.
Add whole eggs to sugar and oil mixture.
Add flour and oil mixture, then mix in carrots and walnuts, then vanilla and black walnut flavoring.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
