Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 beef roast
1 pork roast
1 large onion
1 large bottle ketchup
liquid smoke (optional)
brown sugar
Preparation

Buy roasts of same size or close.
Cook them either together or separately in oven or crock-pots, until \"fall apart tender\".
Cool. Take roasts and remove bones, fat, etc. and save broth of both, but keep meat and broth separate.
Put all meat, chopped onion, bottle of ketchup, 1 cup brown sugar and some liquid smoke (1 tablespoon). Heat thoroughly.
Add more sugar and some broth if necessary.
Use remaining broth for soup or noodles.
