Boiled Fish Or Prawns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water or rice stock
    1 c. mustard greens or spinach, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1 lb. prawns or fish
    1 regular size radish, cut diagonally
    2 medium size tomatoes, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Boil stock or water.
    Add tomatoes and garlic.
    Let boil until tomatoes are cooked.
    Add radish and let simmer for a few minutes. Add prawns or fish and simmer.
    After a few minutes, add salt to taste, then add spinach or mustard greens and simmer until done.
