Chicken Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 chicken breast
    2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 medium onion, chopped
    8-10 small or 5-6 large flour tortillas, cut into strips
    3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken with salt and shred. Preheat oven at 350\u00b0. Combine soups, broth, and Ro-Tel. Mix. Alternate layers of chicken, onion, tortillas, sauce, and cheese in a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Repeat layering, ending with cheese. Bake 35 minutes. Good with sour cream and salsa.
