Prosciutto Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. frozen puff pastry, thawed
    1/4 lb. thinly sliced Prosciutto or 6 oz. smoked ham
    2 Tbsp. sweet mustard
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    On floured surface, roll out half the pastry to 12 x 10-inch rectangle. Spread with half the mustard, leaving 1/4-inch border. Sprinkle with 1/2 cheese and arrange half the meat over top. Brush border with water. Starting at short end, roll up jelly roll style to center and turn over.
    Using serrated knife, cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and press lightly. Repeat with other ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 1 day. Brush egg over roll-ups. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes until puffy and golden brown.
