Pork Butt Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground pork or sausage
    1 medium size onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. cloves (ground)
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. water
    1 large potato
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Cook meat with onion, salt, pepper, 1/2 of cinnamon and cloves; add 1 cup water.
    Keep stirring until it boils.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove from heat; drain fat.
    Then add remaining cloves and cinnamon.
    Mash potato (do not add milk or butter).
    Add meat with potatoes; mix well.
    Place in pie shell and top on it.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
