Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ham, cooked and diced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (sharp)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar diced pimento, drained
    2 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except 1/3 cup cheese.
    Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
