Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp
    3 sticks butter, softened
    3 shallots, finely chopped
    4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    juice 1/2 lemon
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg yolk
    2 tsp. redderel (hot sauce)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Clean, devein and peel butterfly shrimp.
    Place them in pan; mix butter, shallots, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, bread crumbs, egg yolk, hot sauce, salt and pepper in bowl.
    Spoon over raw shrimp; place under broiler for 3 to 5 minutes, check not to overcook shrimp.
    Spoon leftover sauce over shrimp and serve over linguine or rice.
