Tomato Bisque In A Blender - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (28 oz.) can peeled Italian tomatoes or 4 fresh tomatoes
 
1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 tsp. hot sauce such as Tabasco
2 large garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 avocado, cubed (optional)
Preparation
- 
                            Puree all ingredients but avocado in blender or food processor. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
 
Gently pour over avocado cubes, with low-fat tortilla chips.
Serves 4.
