Cherry Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cherry preserves
    1/4 c. chicken broth (or drippings from roast chicken or turkey)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in\ta
    small saucepan.
    Cook, stirring, over
    medium heat
    until
    mixture
    boils
    and
    thickens slightly. Brush over turkey during
    last
    15 to 20 minutes of baking or broiling or serve as a sauce.
    Makes 1 1/4 cups.
