Black-Eyed Peas Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dry black-eyed peas
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. yeast flakes
2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 c. unbleached flour (stirred in water)
1 Tbsp. basil
4 c. water
1 bay leaf
Preparation
-
Rinse peas.
Cook in water until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until done.
Serves 6.
