Pico De Gallo(Rooster'S Beak) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small tomatoes, diced (1/2 lb.)
    1 small onion, chopped
    2/3 c. diced cucumber
    6 small radishes, diced
    1/2 c. loosely packed cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
    3 or 4 Serrano chiles (hot chiles)
    juice of 1/2 small lime
    salt
Preparation
    Mix tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, radishes, cilantro and chiles. Squeeze lime juice over vegetables.
    Add salt to taste; stir. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
    Makes about 2 1/4 cups.
    This salsa enhances meats.
