Crock-Pot Rabbit Or Squirrel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 6 squirrels or 1 or 2 rabbits, cut in pieces
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Put meat in crock-pot.
    Mix all ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
    Thicken liquid (after cooking) with either flour or cornstarch mixed with water.
