Buttermilk Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 lb. chicken, remove skin (chicken breasts may be used)
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients together.
Mix well.
In a separate bowl, add buttermilk.
Dip chicken pieces or chicken breasts into buttermilk and then into batter.
Place into foil lined pan (13 x 9-inch).
Cover with foil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven, uncover and pour melted butter over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, an additional 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
