Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white corn syrup
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. white sugar
    2 c. Spanish salted peanuts
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Boil corn syrup, water and sugar to 230\u00b0.
    Add Spanish salted peanuts and continue boiling until reaches 300\u00b0.
    Remove from stove and add butter, vanilla and soda.
    Stir and pour immediately on large, buttered cookie sheet.
