Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. baby carrots
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender, drain most of water, leave a little in bottom. Set carrots aside, add butter and brown sugar to water. Simmer for 2 minutes. Put carrots back in mixture. Coat them good. Let set for a while to absorb the flavor.
