Mexican Fruit Cake(No Shortening) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in bowl.
    Stir with wooden spoon until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed together.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
