Rib Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 racks ribs
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. cream of coconut (not milk)
    4 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 large cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in medium size bowl.
    Place racks of ribs in large Ziploc bag.
    Pour marinade over ribs.
    Seal bag.
    Place in fridge at least 4 hours, turning occasionally.
    Grill 30 to 35 minutes, basting often and turning.
    Okay with pork or beef; unique sweet flavor.
