Creamed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped cabbage
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Place cabbage, milk and salt in a tightly covered pan.
    Steam cabbage until tender when tried with a fork.
    In a small jar, pour 4 tablespoons water. Add 3 tablespoons flour.
    Place cover on jar and shake mixture until smooth.
    Stir butter and flour and water thickening into cabbage.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring well.
    Yields 5 servings.
