Onion Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 c. water
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. cooked macaroni
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add tomato sauce, flour, onion soup mix and water.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add macaroni, then pour in baking dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
