Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. cream-style small curd cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation

Lightly brown ground beef, onion and garlic in frying pan; drain.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; cook slowly, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix cottage cheese and nutmeg. Spread 1 cup of meat sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
