Curried Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cubed
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp. curry powder
2 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. catsup
1 c. beef bouillon (2 cubes plus 1 c. water)
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Brown steak and place in bottom of casserole dish.
Place onion slices over meat.
Mix together all remaining ingredients, except salt and pepper.
Pour over meat.
Salt and pepper.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Serve over steamed rice.
