"Catfish" Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large cabbage, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 or 2 bunches spring onions, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and chill.
Best slaw for a good old southern catfish fry.
