Cheese Taters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 stick butter
Preparation

Quarter potatoes and set in ice water for 30 minutes.
In bag, mix other ingredients (except butter).
Put potatoes in bag and shake until coated.
Put butter in baking dish and melt.
Add potatoes.
Bake at 450\u00b0 to 500\u00b0, turning occasionally until done and brown.
