Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. graham crackers
1 box confectioners sugar
2 egg whites
1 stick butter
6 bananas
1 can crushed pineapple
1 large box Cool Whip
1 jar chocolate syrup
1 c. pecans
1 jar cherries
Preparation

Crush graham crackers and spread in bottom of oblong dish. Sprinkle about 1/2 cup powdered sugar over graham crackers.
Cream butter with 2 cups powdered sugar.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and mix with butter and sugar.
Pour over crackers.
Next layer sliced bananas, then pineapple, then drizzle chocolate syrup over top.
Last sprinkle chopped nuts over top and then place cherries all over the cake.
Do not cook.
Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
