Quick Chocolate Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Sift together salt, sugar and flour.
    In a saucepan bring to a boil the butter or margarine, water, Crisco, buttermilk and cocoa; remove.
    Cool and pour over dry ingredients.
    Mix well and add eggs and soda.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, longer for 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Frost while hot.
