Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. tomatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 (12 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    oregano
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 egg
    Ricotta cheese
    lasagna noodles (large pkg.)
    2 lb. ground beef, cooked
    2 buttons garlic
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 bay leaves
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. basil
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, tomatoes, garlic, onions, tomato paste and bay leaves.
    Cook until onions are tender.
    Add parsley and basil; simmer for 1 hour.
    Cook lasagna noodles.
    Shred Mozzarella cheese.
    Combine egg and Ricotta, salt and pepper.
    Add Parmesan cheese.
    Alternate sauce with lasagna noodles and cheese mixture in greased baking dish.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Will serve 12 people.
