Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon (10 to 12 oz.)
    1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. parsley (fresh or dried)
    2 to 3 green onions, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a bowl.
    Mix well with hands and shape into ball. Roll in crushed pecans or walnuts. Chill.
    Serve with crackers.
