Grape Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked graham cracker crust
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 qt. seedless grapes
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine grapes and 3/4 cup sugar in pan. Dissolve cornstarch and water.
    Gently stir into grape mixture.
    Stir and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes.
    Combine cream cheese and 1 tablespoon sugar. Coat bottom of graham cracker crust.
    Remove grape mixture from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Cool. Fill pie shell with cooled pie mix.
    Mix sour cream with 1 tablespoon sugar and vanilla. Spread over top of pie. Cool in refrigerator.
