Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water (110~)
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 tsp. oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. flour
    spaghetti sauce
    your choice of cheese
    pepperoni (optional)
    mushrooms (optional)
    peppers (optional)
    sausage (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl place yeast, water water, egg, oil and sugar. Mix well.
    Stir in flour.
    Stir until dough forms a ball and is smooth and elastic.
    Then knead it.
    Place in bowl and let rest 5 minutes.
    Spread dough on a lightly greased pizza tray.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
    Spread pizza or spaghetti sauce evenly over pizza crust.
    Put whatever toppings you want on it.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
