Hockey Pucks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Ritz crackers (regular)
    2 pkg. chocolate almond bark, melted
    1 jar Jif peanut butter
Preparation
    Spread a generous amount of peanut butter and sandwich between 2 Ritz crackers.
    Repeat until box of crackers is finished.
    Melt the chocolate almond bark over low heat (approximately 8 to 10 minutes).
    If chocolate becomes too thick, add 1 tablespoon Crisco shortening until melted.
    Dip crackers into melted chocolate with fork; hold over pan until excess chocolate drips off.
    Place on aluminum foil to dry.
    Repeat until all cookies are gone.
    These are a very easy cookie to make and they freeze wonderfully.
