Cherry Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

In an 8 or 9-inch square pan, with fork, mash cream cheese until very soft.
Add sugar, flour and salt. Blend well.
Add remaining ingredients except pie filling.
Mix briskly with fork until thoroughly blended. Scrape sides of pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until pick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in pan on rack.
Spread with pie filling and chill. Serves 9.
