Company Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. canola oil
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. shredded carrot
Preparation
    Bring to a boil all ingredients, except vegetables.
    Let it cool, then pour over vegetables and chill well before serving.
