Spiced Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. apple juice
4 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped nuts (divided)
Preparation

Mix flour, spice, baking powder, soda and salt in medium bowl. Mix pumpkin, sugar, juice, eggs, oil and extract in large bowl; mix well.
Stir in flour mixture and 3/4 cup nuts until moistened. Spoon into two (9 x 5-inch) greased loaf pans.
Sprinkle remaining nuts over top of loaves.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire rack for 10 minutes.
Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
