Bologna Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 c. diced raw potatoes
    1/2 lb. bologna, diced
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, bologna, green pepper, onion and soup in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Cover.
    Microwave 20 minutes on High or until potatoes are tender.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Let stand, uncovered, until cheese begins to melt.
