Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. 1-inch bread
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. peeled, chopped apples
    4 c. soy milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. coriander
Preparation
    Mix
    the
    ingredients together in a bowl, gently.
    Pour into an
    8
    x 8-inch, lightly oiled baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Serves 12.
