Arabian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast fillets
    1 pkg. fresh spinach
    1 small pkg. Feta cheese
    1 pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. chicken base
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper
    fresh parsley
    1 orange
Preparation
    Place chicken breast fillets on cutting board and pound with meat mallet until slightly flat.
    Saute spinach in saucepan with butter (2 minutes).
    Spread small portions of spinach on fillets with Feta cheese.
    Holding mixture in center of the fillet, fold both sides and pin with a toothpick.
