Orange Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. grated orange zest
3 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. bay scallops
chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine zest, juice, oil and scallops in plastic bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Broil scallops 4 inches from heat for 6 minutes, until opaque.
Add parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
