Pudding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 pkg. (3 1/2 to 4 1/2 oz.) favorite instant pudding (dry)
    1/4 c. oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (no need to use mixer) until dough forms a ball.
    Shape into small balls.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar.
    Bake 8 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen cookies.
