Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/4 lb. oleo
1 large can pumpkin (29 oz. or 30 oz.)
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
cinnamon
nutmeg
salt
ginger
4 Tbsp. oleo
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Reserve 1 cup cake mix for topping.
Add egg and 1/4 pound oleo and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar and eggs (add cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and ginger as for pumpkin pie).
Pour into pan and top with topping of cake mix plus 4 tablespoons oleo, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
