Apricot Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. grated peel
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. dried apricots, finely chopped
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, soda and salt.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir lightly, just enough to mix.
Divide batter in three wax paper lined 3 x 7-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
