Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
    2 c. celery, diced
    2 1/2 c. seedless red or green grapes, halved
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Combine first six ingredients and toss well.
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
    Add to chicken mixture, stirring well.
    Chill several hours before serving.
    Serve on lettuce with croissant rolls or put in cheese tart shells.
