Sauteed Shrimp And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3 c. uncooked shrimp
    1 (4 oz.) can drained button or sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. dry sherry
Preparation
    In frypan, cook garlic until light brown.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil; cover and simmer over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until shrimp are firm and pink.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 3 to 4.
